A MISSION STATEMENT

PURPOSE OF IPCA

BENEFITS OF IPCA MEMBERSHIP

  1. Networking opportunities with local, state and national precast producers.
  2. Exchange of ideas and insights regarding precast production.
  3. An organization to address and respond to local, state and federal government proposals that will affect the precast industry.
  4. An organization that can provide representation to state and local committees making decisions that will affect the precast industry.
  5. Networking opportunities with manufacturers of equipment and supplies utilized by the precast industry.
  6. Annual conference with educational and business sessions including exhibits.
  7. Annual Spring Tour to precast producers and associate facilities.
  8. Interaction with IDOT, IDPH, EPA and other pertinent state officials (IPCA member input is very important).
  9. Newsletter reflecting IPCA activities and current industry news.
  10. A link on the Illinois Precast Concrete Association website to connect members to potential customers.

DEFINITION OF PRODUCER / ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Producer Members: Members engaged in the manufacture of precast concrete septic tanks; manhole rings and allied products; concrete inlets; culverts; precast steps; cast stone; precast products; specialty items and other products which are used in connection with building, sanitation and land drainage.
Associate Members: Members engaged in the manufacture of equipment and supplies utilized in the precast industry, as well as representation of trade magazines.

ANTI-TRUST STATEMENT

In any committee meetings, Board meetings, and sessions, you are advised to not participate in any discussion, either directly or by implication, regarding prices, production sales, bids, customer credit, market territory, or conditions and terms of sale of your products. Such discussions could be construed as violations of the Anti-Trust Laws. This caution applies equally to any informal meeting or gatherings which might occur. It is the intention of this Association to conform strictly to the state and federal Anti-Trust Laws. If you have any question concerning the legality of specific activities, we urge you to consult your respective legal counsel.
